]]>Willow City Loop is a scenic, winding, narrow road through some of the most beautiful Texas Hill country. The first photos were taken May 2010 when coreopsis were in full bloom and the landscape was washed in gold.

The second grouping was made April 2, 2012 when Texas Bluebonnets were at their peak after late winter rains brought an early spring. I hope you enjoy the splendor of our awesome wildflowers.

]]>The Y.O. Ranch is located in the beautiful Hill Country near Mt. Home, Texas. These photos span years of trailrides on the ranch and are just a sampling of what my camera captured on these awesome rides.

It was almost impossible at times to ride ahead of the herd, turning in my saddle to photograph what was behind me. It was so worth it!

Capt. Charles Schreiner purchased the land and brand of the Y.O. in 1880 and it has remained in the family ever since. Please take a moment to visit the website: www.yoranch.com
